How does shipping work and what are the delivery times?
We ship to Italy and Europe by Poste Italiane. To calculate when you will receive your order, you must add the production time to the shipping time:
Production time: Up to 15 days (all our products are handcrafted).
Shipping time: Within 5 business days in Italy and 4 business days in Europe (excluding Saturdays and holidays).
International shipments: Any applicable import taxes or customs duties are the buyer's responsibility. We cannot be held responsible for any delays due to customs inspections.
How do I clean my jewelry?
We recommend cleaning with a soft cloth suitable for jewelry, avoiding the use of abrasives or harsh cloths that could damage the surface.
We recommend avoiding contact with water, creams, perfumes, and other products whose composition could damage the metal and reduce the life of the plating, causing discoloration, loss of shine, or decorative components to fall off.
Avoid impacts and contact with materials or objects that could damage or scratch the surface. After use, it is best to store the item in its original packaging or in a soft case.
