Returns and Refunds Policy

You can cancel your order within 14 days from the date you receive the goods or from the date on which a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of an explicit statement.

We will refund you within 30 days of receiving the returned goods. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the order, and you will not be charged any fees.

Return Conditions:

To ensure that the goods are eligible for return, please ensure that:

The goods were purchased within the last 14 days

The goods are in their original packaging

The following items cannot be returned: custom-made or clearly personalized supplies.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of any goods that do not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

The customer is responsible for the costs and risks associated with returning goods.

We cannot be held responsible for damage or loss of goods during return shipment. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of delivery.

If the goods were not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver received the order at their home and delivered it to you later, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
